  [S14] Obituary. July 22, 1932 - August 26, 2008 Dorothy Mae Poe, 76, of Soddy-Daisy, TN passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2008. She was a member of the Daisy United Methodist Church. Her husband, Hamilton L. Poe; several brothers and one sister preceded her in death. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia (Edd) Valentine, Annie (Robert) Fowlkes, Jennifer (Ronnie) Cosper, Vickie (Adolph) Spiegelhalter, Jamie Poe; brother, Benny E. “Sonny” Smith; grandchildren, Lindsey Kyle, Hayley Kyle, Trey Valentine, Sydney Valentine, Summer Cosper; great-grandson, Trevor Valentine, several nieces & nephews and her beloved dog, Sammy Joe. The funeral service will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 29, 2008, at the Daisy United Methodist Church with Rev. Lonnie Eldridge officiating. Interment will follow in Chattanooga National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, 12:00 P.M. TO 3:00 P.M. & 6:00 P.M. TO 9:00 P.M. Thursday, August 28, 2008.
