[S14] Obituary. N EW WASHINGTON BOYER, CATHERINE MARY , 77 , died Tuesday, May 9, 2006, at the Weston Residential Mini Home. She was a native of Bethel, OH, born May 8, 1929. She and her husband, Harold Lee Boyer, farmed for over 50 years in the New Washington area, and she was a member of the Hibernia Christian Church. Preceded in death b y her husband, Harold in 2003; and two brothers, Clyde and Melburn. Survivors include a son, Richard L. Boyer (Mary Ann) of Ne w Washington, IN; a daughter, Annette Boyer-Fuqua (Tim Fuqua) of Charlestown, IN; brother, Arthur Showalter (Ann) o f Lawrenceburg, KY; and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2006, at the Hibernia Christian Church in Hibernia, IN, with interment in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from noon -9 p.m. Friday, and from 9 a.m. - noon at the Garr Funeral Home in Sellersburg, IN. The casket will lie in state from 1 p.m. until services at the church.
