Edwin Lloyd "Doc" Jenkins died Monday, Feb. 27, 1995 at his home. He was 78.
He was retired from Plumbers and Steamfitters Local 43 and was a member and worshipful master of Sale Creek Masonic Lodge 280.
He was preced in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel ans Sallye Jenkins, and his wife, Fannie Jenkins.
Survivors include two daughters, Ida Powell, Hixson and Nelda Welch, Bakewell; two sisters Glenna Green and Agnes Sanders, both of Bakewell; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at Williamson and Sons Funeral Home with Minister Jim Clements officiating.
Masonic graveside services will be in Rhea Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends today after 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
