- [S14] Obituary.
Peggy Sanders, 49, of Boise, died on November 1, 2009. Peggy was born in Libby, Montana and grew up in Spokane, Washington. She graduated from Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho. Peggy and her husband Terry owned Jenkins Painting for many years and were well known for their quality work. Peggy found her true calling as a real estate agent. She became one of the top agents at Prudential Jensen Real Estate in Boise and consistently earned top producer awards. Because of her commitment, her work ethic, and her caring nature, Peggy made many lasting friendships among clients and colleagues alike. Peggy's friends were an extension of her family and those who knew her appreciated her guidance, advice and gentle humor. To Peggy, an obstacle was just a challenge that needed a creative solution which she always seemed to find. This focus and determination was an integral part of her nature. For everyone who knew her, she gained a reputation as their problem solver. She loved quality chocolate, international cuisine and appreciated a glass of fine wine. Peggy is survived by her husband, Terry Jenkins, her Uncle Bob and Aunt Joan, her Uncle Fred and Aunt Stephanie, her brother Larry, and her parents, George and Faye as well as cousins, nieces and nephews. Peggy was close to her extended family, the Jenkins, including mother-in-law Violet, sisters-in-law Martha and Karen and brother-in-law, Recs as well as many nieces and nephews. Peggy will be especially missed by her niece Alex who has lived with Terry and Peggy for the last year. Peggy will be sorely missed by her many friends and relatives who loved and adored her. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at any local Bank of America branch in memory of Peggy Sanders.
