Ruby Jean Lindenmeyer
DENVER - Services for former Wyoming resident Ruby Jean Lindenmeyer, 88, of Denver, will be held later this week at Most Precious Blood Church in Denver.
Visitation will be at McConaty Funeral Home in Denver.
She died Nov. 11, 2004.
Born Feb. 3, 1916, in Sedalia, Mo., she was the daughter of Mary L. and John W. Kelly; and graduated from Smith Cotton High School in 1933. She attended Martha Letts Junior College International Business School as a program moderator and graduated from Camille Donaye Charm and Modeling School in Orlando, Calif.
On Dec. 23, 1948, she married William E. Lindenmeyer in Lincoln, Neb.
They made their home in Casper for 18 years. She was a member of the B.P.O. Does.
Transferred to Laramie in 1966, she worked at Kline's Mademoiselle Shop as assistant manager. She was a member of Phi Sigma Alpha Epsilon Chapter and the Grand Army of the Republic Auxiliary.
The couple was transferred to Denver in 1969. She belonged to the Mile High Chapter of American Ex-P.O.W.s.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and several sisters and brothers.
