He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Paul and Pauline Payne; one brother, Allan Waller. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Morrow Waller; son, Jeffery David Waller, both of Harrison; three daughters, Connie (Gene) Marshall, of Birchwood, Rachel Wolfe, and Rebecca (Chris) Kelley, of Chattanooga; five grandchildren, Michale, Katie, Halee, Brooke and Brett; one great-grandson, Dustin; aunts and uncle, Mary Alice Ervin, Peggy Boggs, Jackie Simmons and Paul D. Payne; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at graveside on Friday, February 5, 2010 in Grasshopper Road Church of God Cemetery at 2 p.m. with Pastor Fred Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the Highway 58 Chapel of Turner Funeral Home today from 4-8 p.m. and on Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Arrangements are by Turner Funeral Home Inc., Chattanooga, TN.
