Funeral services for Samuel Washington Jenkins, Jr. , 80 of Route 1, Soddy, Tenn., who died Sunday afternoon in a local hospital, will be held at 2 o’clock Wednesday afternoon from the Shady Grove Baptist Church, with the Revs. Houston Raggett und Paul Harwood officiating. Interment will be in Presbyterian Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Harold Green, Gene Bledsoe, Woodrow Bledsoe, Leonard Jones, D. L. Culver, George Essex. The body is at the residence in Soddy, Tenn. Arrangements are by the National Funeral Home.
